Our group meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 10.30 -12.30. We would suggest a donation of £2 when at this venue to cover the costs of refreshments. Generally we meet for a chat over tea/coffee & biscuits but occasionally we have talks by health professionals/therapists or we arrange to meet at a nearby location to go for a walk.We have a closed Facebook group where we also publish our forthcoming meeting dates and venues, but you may request to join.
